The NC servo feeder is widely used and can be used for automatic stamping production with a variety of punches and multiple sets of molds.
In actual use, when replacing the installed punch or replacing with a new mold, the first step is to adjust the feed height of the NC servo feeder to match the height of the punch mold lower mold.
Then, the NC servo feeder is tested and the continuous automatic punching and feeding production can be carried out after the test machine is completed.
The purpose of NC servo feeder debugging is to detect whether the feeding angle of the feeder and the feeding time are set correctly, whether the length of the feeder and the feeding accuracy meet the requirements, which is to achieve continuous high-efficiency and high-precision feeding.
The commissioning of the NC servo feeder is simpler than the commissioning of the air feeder and the roller feeder, but the actual operation still needs to be carried out in strict accordance with the steps. The debugging of the Ruihui NC servo feeder is mainly divided into three major steps:
1. Start the material rack and leveling machine in the front position of the stamping automatic production line, let the material rack move slowly and unwind, and then manually pull the material head to pass the leveling machine.
At the same time, the operator enters the feeding step on the main screen of the touch screen of the NC servo feeder and then clicks the manual to relax, so that the upper roller of the NC feeder rises out of the lower roller to reach a completely relaxed state, and finally passes through the leveling machine. The flat head passes through the carrier to the feed roller of the feeder.
2. Continue feeding so that the material material head passes through the feeder into the punching mold, and then adjust the position of the retaining wheel on the pallet according to the actual width of the material (special attention must be paid to the actual width of the material) Cooperate).
After fixing, you need to manually pull the material to determine the smooth and non-blocking phenomenon when the material is stretched. If it is, you need to adjust the position of the material to be properly adjusted. At the same time, check that the material does not appear after entering the feeder, mold and punch.
3. The actual single feeding test machine is divided into two cases:
The first one is when the punching die and the material are very small and narrow, at this time, the test machine does not perform the clamping action of the NC servo feeder, and the manual manual pulling makes the material completely enter the punching die until the die discharge port.
Then, let the NC servo feeder perform the clamping action, and finally use the NC feeder handle to perform a single feeding and punching inching to test the machine.
The second is that when the mold and materials are very wide, it is very cumbersome to use manual traction at this time, and the labor intensity is large. At this time, the NC feeder is required to perform the clamping action, so that the roller completely clamps the material.
Then use the jog handle of the NC feeder to make it feed slowly, and finally perform a single feeding to test the machine.
