The inner seat body is inserted into the slot of the side plate of the outer seat body, and can be adjusted for up and down movement. Nine upper flat wheel wheels are fixed on the inner seat body, and ten lower flat wheels are fixed on the outer seat body. The flat wheel and the lower flat wheel are distributed, and the shaft ends of the upper flat wheel and the lower flat wheel are respectively rotatably connected with the output shaft of the gear box through nineteen universal joints.
