The heavy material rack is used for the automatic collection of waste to solve this production problem. It is highly automated and requires no manual operation. It can realize fully automated waste collection, effectively avoiding manual damage and labor loss, and reducing production costs.
The heavy-duty material frame is simple in structure and affordable, but has gorgeous performance: long-distance bearing fulcrum, worm gear and worm speed reduction, which improves the stability of production; the unique receiving tension guide roller makes the receiving more convenient and accurate.
The fully automatic control system provides two modes of operation: forward rotation and reverse rotation, which are reasonable and convenient for customers to use; inductive receiving mode and fully automatic control, which increases the reliability of equipment operation.
In actual use, the connected residual waste is placed from the inlet of the center of the feeding plate through the heavy material frame, and the rotation of the rotating shaft is driven by the motor drive, so that the rotating shaft drives the back wheel and the expansion and contraction cylinder to rotate.
