The double-head material frame is a kind of vertical material frame, and most of the vertical material frame adopts single-rolling material discharging, and the material roll needs to be completely stopped for re-shrinking and feeding, and the double-head material frame is used. It is a symmetrically arranged double-rolling cylinder for unwinding and unwinding. It has the advantages of fast unwinding speed and no need to stop the roll. It is especially suitable for medium and heavy plate high-speed stamping occasions.
Ruihui's large-powered double-head material frame is a special type of double-head material frame.
Compared with the standard powered material frame, it adds a press arm device, a support arm device and a hydraulic expansion device. It can be used for rapid discharge and unwinding of thick plates and large coils. At present, it is mainly used for high-speed stamping production of thick aluminum and silicon steel sheets.
When the large-power double-head material frame is used, the tension of the material roll is completed by hydraulic expansion, and the quick-change type A-type iron quickly completes the positioning of the material roll, and the cooperation of the pressing arm and the supporting arm ensures the stable unwinding of the material frame.
At the same time, when the coil material on the tray on the working position is used up, the clutch pedal device is rotated and the rotary mechanism is rotated, and the position is manually indexed, so that the tray of the other end that has already been loaded with the spare coil is transferred to the working position. The empty coil end is changed to the other side to prepare the loading material, and the high-speed stamping production without stopping is realized.
