The clip feeder consists of six parts: the fuselage, the input mechanism, the transmission adjustment mechanism, the feeding mechanism and the timing mechanism.
The components of the clip feeder body are fixed on the horizontal plate of the base, and the vertical plate of the base is provided with a plurality of long holes, and the height of the mounting plate on the feeding side of the punching machine is adjusted by the bolt, and the front end portion of the top of the fuselage A front support plate and a rear end face are connected with a rear support plate, and a plurality of open guide grooves are arranged on the rear support plate surface to adjust and fix the same number of positioning strips of the same smooth and uniform extension support plate.
The input shaft of the input mechanism extends out of the fuselage to connect the force gauge pulley, and the timing pulley connects the punch crank through the timing belt to provide rotary power for the clip feeder main shaft.
