The 3-in-1 feeder is well-known for its ease of operation, stable operation, and high feed accuracy. When it is used, it is essential to prepare for its high-efficiency and stable performance.
1. Modify the current 3-in-1 feeder parameters to determine the working parameters required for operation, including feed length, feed speed, and feed times.
2. Adjust the air pressure of the equipment to be about 0.49 MPa (5 kgf/cm2).
3. Fill the 3 in 1 feeding machine rack with the loading process as follows:
1) Select the manual operation mode on the touch screen of the 3-in-1 feeder.
2) Raise the press arm, lower the support arm, shrink the main shaft of the material frame, and raise the outer arm.
3) Adjust the position of the arm of the material on the inner side of the material frame according to the width of the material. When adjusting, adjust the position of the side arm of the coil by pushing the handwheel inward. After the adjustment is completed, the material must be loaded. The rear material center is aligned with the feed centerline of the feeder.
4) Move the material to the main shaft with a crane or a moving loading trolley, and just near the coil side guide arm on the inner side.
5) Expand the material frame spindle.
6) Lower the pressure arm.
7) Pull the roll stop arm position adjustment down hand wheel, then adjust the position of the outer coil side stop arm, and then lower the outer coil side stop arm.
8) Raise the coil material support arm, and operate the spindle forward rotation and spindle reversal to adjust the position of the material material head through the 3-in-1 feeder touch screen, and cut the material packaging tape at a suitable position.
