It has a fast unwinding speed and is not limited by the inner diameter of the material. 1. The disc feeder has a fast unwinding speed and is suitable for use with any high-speed punch. The demand for high-speed feeding cannot be met, and the appearance of the disc feeder perfectly solves this problem. The feeding speed can reach 30m/min, which can meet the needs of any high-speed punch press production.
2. The disc feeder is not limited by the inner diameter of the coil. The coils can be stacked, and the feeding is simple and quick, and the refueling time is greatly saved. Vertical material racks are all used in the tensioning and unloading method of the drum.
