Air feeder E type solenoid valve features
1. The air feeder E-type solenoid valve can be used instead of the floating rod. It is to control the feeder stroke before the machine is used. If the feeding time is slow (slow) or early (fast), the convexity angle can be adjusted.
2. Air feeder E type solenoid valve installation:
The E-type solenoid valve has two wires, one is connected to the power source B, one is connected to the micro-switch code NORMALLY, and the power source A is connected to the micro-switch code COMMON.
3. Air feeder E-type solenoid valve operation method:
A, do not feed;
B. The measurement is sent to the required length;
C. Rotate the speed adjustment screw clockwise to slow down the speed;
D. Slowly adjust the punching machine to the convex input and touch micro switch by hand.
When the convex transmission first hits the micro switch, when the slider moves backwards, only the gasket is touched and the spacer ring is not touched. When it is correct, the convex contact touches the micro switch, and the slider moves between the spacer ring and the pad garden, and the distance between the two sides is equal.
