Maintenance of heavy material racks:
1. Check the installation status of the gear transmission system (such as centering, meshing clearance, foundation fastening), the matching clearance of the tile and the level of the base of the external support rocker before the daily operation of the heavy material frame.

4. 5. Check the lubrication of the sliding parts of the material frame and the grease of the coupling pin by visual inspection every week, and the wear of the tile.
