The pneumatic manipulator is mainly composed of three parts: the frame, the manipulator arm and the air claw which play a fixed supporting role. The movement of the first shoulder joint is composed of 2 pneumatic muscles, the frame arm is composed of 4 pneumatic muscles, the upper arm is installed with 4 pneumatic muscles, and the lower arm is installed with 4 pneumatic muscles.
Pneumatic punch manipulator can realize the movement of 4 degrees of freedom, and the drive of each degree of freedom is all realized by pneumatic muscles. The most front end of the air claw grab items, through the pneumatic muscle drive to achieve the rotation of their joints, so that the items in space movement, according to reasonable control, and ultimately achieve the action requirements of the manipulator.
