The hydraulic heavy-duty material frame is optimized by adding hydraulic cylinders and pressure arms to the standard heavy-duty material frame MT, and is used for unwinding and discharging of heavy-duty coil materials in the stamping production line.
It consists of a base, a disc brake system, a tile and an overhanging bearing. It is a single-roll cantilever structure. The material frame has 4 tile plates and 1 overhanging bearing, and the change of the inner diameter of the material frame is controlled by the hydraulic cylinder through the support connecting rod.
The hydraulic heavy-duty material frame adopts the oil pressure expansion mode, and controls the adjustment of the movement of the screw to change the inner diameter of the material rack to play the role of tensioning material.
During the unwinding and unloading process, the unwinding and transmission of the coil material is provided by an independent electric control box (motor, reducer) installed on the material frame body, and the frequency converter adjusts the transmission speed.
The heavy-duty material frame consists of three major components: the mandrel, the drive train and the support linkage. The mandrel is driven by the motor to complete the normal unwinding and feeding operations.
At the same time, the hydraulic screw is pulled by the hydraulic cylinder to adjust the screw to move the plate to the mandrel, and the inner diameter of the plate is matched with the loading trolley to complete the feeding action; the transmission system transmits the motor torque to the mandrel through the secondary gear system, so that the mandrel Rotate.
The outer support adopts oblique iron support expansion to ensure that the largest loaded material will not be deformed in the heavy material frame mandrel, and the outer support supports the free end of the mandrel and the mandrel to support the inner diameter of the material frame.
Heavy-duty material frame material and main parameters: The heavy-duty material frame adopts single-roller four-bladed tile-plate design, and the blade curvature is consistent with the material inner diameter, with rotary expansion and contraction hydraulic cylinder and pneumatic pressing arm.
The standard tile has a diameter of 530 mm and a contraction diameter of 450 mm. Main component material: The tile is made of high-strength carbon steel, the mandrel of the material frame is forged steel, and the supporting rod is high-strength cast steel.
The fuselage is welded steel structure (and annealed and stress-relieved), the base/pressing arm is welded steel structure, and the gear/pinion is forged steel.
