There are many factors affecting the feeding accuracy of the roller feeder. In addition to the inertia problem caused by continuous feeding, the machining accuracy of the gears, the left and right wall panels and the one-way device, the reverse device, and the brake device all affect the feeding accuracy.

1. The gears use imported bearing steel after ultra-precision grinding, the tooth surface is quenched, the hardness reaches more than 60 degrees HRC, and the grinding is processed, which greatly improves the rotation precision of the gear.
The inner hole and the end surface of the gear are precision ground, and the verticality of the control plane and the inner hole is within 0.01~0.015mm.
2. The left and right wall panels are important components of the roller feeder. The radial aperture, hole spacing and three-hole parallelism of each bearing have very precise requirements.
In the production, the special tooling double-hole boring machine is used for one-position machining, and after the completion of the processing, it is strictly tested and tested.
3. The one-way device and the reverse device are the main functional components in the feeding device. The structure is completely the same, and the feeding roller can be precisely controlled. The one-way device controls the lower roller to complete the feeding action.
The reverse device prevents the lower rollers from retreating, and their processing directly affects the accuracy and life of the roller feeder.
The ratchet of the Ruihui roller feeder unidirectional device (reverse device) adopts a seven-tooth structure. Compared with the ratchet of the three teeth of the ordinary roller feeder, the idle stroke angle is reduced and the output torque is increased.
More precise and reliable transmission and braking performance, ensuring consistent length during continuous feeding and improved feed accuracy.
4. In order to eliminate the rotational inertia during high-speed feeding and avoid the false feeding of the lower roller, the Ruihui roller feeder adopts the disc brake device instead of the radial brake device of the ordinary roller, which avoids the insufficient power of the feeding mechanism and the small friction joint surface. The defect of the feeding roller shaft bending.
The brakes are imported from Taiwan and directly supplied to the original brake pads of BMW. The two faces are completely in contact, ensuring the high sensitivity of the brakes, good stability, long life and reliable braking.
5. In order to enhance the spring pressing force of the press material, the roller feeder adopts a compression spring with a square section to control the frictional force between the roller and the material.
Because the spring of the square section has a large rigidity, the absorption energy is large.
The characteristic line is closer to a straight line, and the stiffness is close to a constant.
6. The bearings of the upper roller, the lower roller and the connecting device are all made of Japanese original NSK precision rolling bearings to ensure the smoothness, accuracy and longevity of the motion transmission.
Each roller feeder is tested for strength and force test on the transmission and load of the feeding device before leaving the factory. The torque of the one-way device (determining the actual feeding length), the contact strength of the roller, and the system of the butterfly brake device. The power, the pressing force of the upper roller, the contact strength of the gear tooth surface, and the bending strength of the gear root are precision tested to ensure the high precision and high stability of each factory roller feeder.
