Coil flattening and stamping, high speed precision leveling machine
The punching automation production line has gradually replaced the traditional manual feeding method because of its high degree of automation, good safety performance and high quality of stamping finished products.
The punching material needs to be a flat plate. The coil material needs to be leveled by the leveling machine to eliminate the internal stress before it can be used. After the leveling, the plate is fed into the punching machine through the feeding machine for stamping processing.
There are many types of commonly used leveling machines such as ultra-precision leveling machines, precision sheet leveling machines, precision leveling machines, thick plate leveling machines, etc., but these common leveling machines are not fast (usually 16m/min). A long waiting area is required.
If it is used in combination with high-speed punching EI sheet, motor stator and rotor, silicon steel sheet, etc., it is very inconvenient, and lacks the synchronization performance matched with the working frequency of the punching machine, and the stability is poor, which is easy to cause discontinuity in production.
According to the customer's demand, Ruihui Machinery has developed an S-type high-speed precision leveling machine with a speed of up to 60m/min. At the same time, it adopts the S-type guiding system, and the material is leveled by the leveling device. The system is fed into a subsequent feeder (usually a gear feeder).
During the period, the photoelectric switch detects the insufficient discharge of the leveling material or excessive discharge, which greatly saves the waiting space, and cooperates with the frequency converter to adjust the leveling speed to achieve complete synchronization with the punching machine.
