The flattening roller acts as a reinforcing support to avoid deformation of the leveling roller and increase the downforce when the leveling machine is leveled, and the auxiliary roller can be freely adjusted directly through the adjusting wheel fixed on the upper template, thereby ensuring Can level all kinds of irregular coils.
When the leveling machine with the auxiliary leveling roller is used, the flattened material is flattened with the upper roller and the lower roller on the roller bracket, and then enters the auxiliary leveling roller, and the auxiliary leveling roller is further flattened.
If the flattened web is not completely flat, the adjustment device fixed to the upper template can be adjusted to achieve complete flatness.
The adjustment process is as follows: rotating the adjusting wheel to drive the spring to rotate, and because the vertical position of the spring is fixed, the adjusting rod that drives the rotating sleeve moves up and down.
The adjustment further drives the one or both ends of the adjustment sliding block to move up and down, so that the roller slider fixed with the auxiliary driving the flattening roller changes the vertical relative position of the two ends to achieve a completely flattening effect.
