The 3-in-1 feeder combines unwinding, leveling, and feeding, but it is by no means a simple combination of these three models. It has four major advantages in structure:
1. Material rack part: It adopts oil pressure expansion system, automatically tightens and relaxes materials, has high reliability and low labor intensity. The pressure arm adopts frequency conversion speed regulation and one-way clutch transmission, so that the material will not be loose.
The material is discharged by photoelectric sensing system. The feeding guide rail adopts pneumatic lifting material, and a pneumatic feeding plate pressing device is arranged at the feeding port, and the material head is pressed down to be automatically fed into the leveling machine.
2. Leveling part: It adopts GCr15 rolling bearing steel for high-frequency quenching and hard chrome plating. The surface hard plating can reach above HRC 62 degrees. There is adjustable reinforcing device in the middle of the roller to increase the rigidity of the roller. The upper roller adopts 2 points fine adjustment. The structure is worm gear to adjust the amount of pressing, light and labor-saving precision is high, and the loose part adopts pneumatic arm linkage mechanism, which has high flexibility and self-locking.
The flattening and relaxation adopts the eccentric structure, and the electrical signal given by the punching machine relaxes and presses the powerful guiding material accurately.
3. Feeding part: Adopting Yaskawa servo motor of Japan, high precision made by France, worm gear reducer, metal corrugated pipe coupling made in Germany, no transmission gap, no corner error, and the upper and lower feeding rollers adopt the structure without gap rotation.
At the same time, the encoder is used to control the feeding precision, and the automatic compensation is provided when the delivery is small, the feeding is accurate, and the error is extremely low.
4. Head part: The hopper wheel lifting system is adopted for the discharge height, so that the feeding height can be adjusted within a certain range. The height can be adjusted according to the punching die line, the range can reach 150mm, and the adjustment is convenient and labor-saving.
At the same time, the 3-in-1 feeder is equipped with a pneumatic press arm to protect the personal safety when the elastic release of the coil is released. The traditional three independent peripheral devices are combined into one device with three functions. .
