However, when the thinner thickness of the strip is punched, the strip itself is prone to bending, and it is easy to form an arch shape before the stamping die, which affects the feeding, so the feeder is installed behind the stamping die, in a cycle of punching. Inside, pull the stamping strip forward and move forward.
This type of feeder is also called the puller.
At present, most of the drawing machines used in the stamping industry are air feeders. To ensure the size requirements of the standard, it is necessary to make complicated adjustments to the punching machine: first loosen the fixing screws, adjust the cylinder stroke and then fix the screws; Sample tape.
Then use the measuring tool to measure the step size, use the projector to measure the actual size, find the error, adjust the punching machine again, and so on repeatedly, and finally fine-tune by hand, the precision can only reach 0.1mm.
