2. The position of the pneumatic feeder's retaining wheel is not properly adjusted, which causes the material to be deflected during feeding. Re-adjusting the position and width of the retaining wheel can be solved.
3. When the material is not squared during the feeding, the material is deflected into the feeder, and the material is retracted after retracting.
4. The wear of the O-ring seal causes the air leakage of the exhaust hole to cause the pneumatic feeder to not work normally. At this time, the O-ring can be replaced to solve the problem.
5. The looseness of the pneumatic feeder is incorrect, which causes the material to deflect and re-adjust the relaxation time of the R-type solenoid valve of the pneumatic feeder.
