If the material fed by the feeder is not directly lubricated with lubricating oil, it will not only affect the surface finish of the stamped product, shorten the life of the die, but also reduce the precision of the finished product, and cannot meet the high precision of the stamping process.
At present, the lubricating oil used in the stamping production has a high viscosity, and is usually prepared by adding various international high-performance additives such as an extreme pressure agent, an oil agent, a film former, a rust preventive and a super antioxidant. With excellent lubricity and extreme pressure resistance, it can prevent the finished products and molds from being damaged, which can effectively improve the processing efficiency and improve the surface processing quality.
The material double-sided oil feeder used in the matching feeder is composed of an aluminum alloy oil tank, an automatic oil pump, a fluid solenoid valve, a oil pipeline, a main bracket, a fixed seat, a first oil coating roller bracket, and a second oil coating roller bracket.
