The heavy-duty material frame is the most used unwinding equipment in the stamping and shearing production line. It is placed at the forefront of the production line for discharging and unwinding the roll of material. For the unwinding of common rolls, Ruihui standard heavy-duty material is used. Rack, and for heavy weight (material weight more than 2T), the material needs to use Ruihui hydraulic heavy material frame.
1. Heavy-duty material frame body: The heavy-duty material frame body is made of steel, A3 steel plate and #45 steel forged bearing seat. After welding, the welding surface is finely polished, and the box body is welded and then subjected to annealing and stress treatment before processing the bearing. The hole and the back plate are processed by a CNC machining center to ensure the tight fit of the overall body.
2. expansion and contraction assembly: heavy-duty material frame expansion and contraction reel consists of main shaft, back wheel, quadrangular pyramid shaft, fan-shaped pallet, pull rod, expansion and contraction cylinder, rotary joints, etc., the main shaft is 40Gr round steel drill diameter 85mm After rough hole processing, ultrasonic flaw detection and quenching and tempering heat treatment, after surface finishing, surface nitriding heat treatment and refining, the working surface diameter is 125mm; the tie rod and the four fan-shaped pallet materials are all alloy steel forgings 42CrMo, both It is made by heat treatment after finishing.
3. Assembly of motor and reducer: The main motor of the heavy-duty material frame is directly connected with the cycloidal pin motor. The belt is driven by the belt to rotate, the transmission part is equipped with a protective cover, and the speed is regulated by Delta's frequency converter.
4. Hydraulic system assembly: The hydraulic material system of heavy material frame is composed of hydraulic station, pressure maintaining valve, pressure oil pipe, rotary joint and expansion and contraction cylinder. All hydraulic equipments are made of Taiwan brand, and the wedge type slider is pulled by the expansion and contraction cylinder. The movement drives the support link to change the crimping function of the roll.
