The principle of synchronizing the NC feeder with the punch is not complicated. In simple terms, the PLC of the NC feeder receives the angular axis signal transmitted by the punch crank encoder, and realizes the feeding and loosening action at the specified timing by calculation.

In order to achieve the purpose of running synchronously with the punching machine, the accuracy of each feeding and the reliability of the punching are ensured, and the mounting method for realizing this effect is also very simple.

Simply pick up two sets of cam signals from the press (one set is the feed signal and one set is the relaxation signal), then connect it to the PLC in the NC feed control box, and the servo system can be precisely controlled by the PLC. The feeding action makes perfect cooperation with the punching machine.
